Our Long History
Founded in 1950, on hard work and integrity by the patriarch of the Garrett family, Irvin Garrett and his wife Mary, Garrett Excavating is a third generation earthmoving and construction company. Irvin and Mary both worked hard to provide for their family, clearing land, building stock ponds and performing demolition work. Some of the early projects also included building roads for the timber industry as well as mine work.
