Rob joined GarrettX in 2020 and now serves as Vice President of Corporate Operations. His leadership, operational insight, and ability to improve company-wide processes have helped strengthen efficiency across the organization. Overseeing corporate operational support, human resources, safety, IT, and fleet optimization, Frye plays a vital part in our company.
Before joining GarrettX, Rob served in the military and later received his MBA from Trident University International. His military background, business education, and experience with a Caterpillar dealership have given him a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and team development. Outside of work, Rob enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife and kids.
